NSW Assistant Agent Course (Accredited Training)
The NSW Assistant Agent Course is the minimum educational requirement you need to work in the real estate industry within New South Wales. It allows you to work for an established agency, under the supervision of a Principal Licensee in Charge as a real estate salesperson or property manager in NSW. As part of this course, you will have access to 5 units of competency from the CPP41419 Certificate IV Real Estate Practice which is the required educational qualification to enter the industry within NSW. When completing this course, you will be provided with online learning guides, additional resources as well as email assistance with our trainers through the student portal. Sales Professional Fundamentals Course (Non-Accredited Training)
This Non-Accredited Training gives you solid, fundamental skills required to maximize your career. It prepares you to compete, excel and over achieve in today’s complex marketplace by providing easy to understand videos that can help you perform and get immediate results. In addition to preparing you for the industry, the information you learn will enhance your knowledge and understanding of the industry and better prepare you with completing the assessment tasks that must be completed in the NSW Assistant Agents Course in order to obtain your qualification and enable you to apply to the Office of Fair Trading for your Registration Certificate to gain employment in the real estate industry.PLUS

The course consists of assessment tasks, questions and video roleplays.
To complete an NREL course, you will need:
- a Laptop or Computer (Mac or Windows computers are both compatible (Windows 8 or above))
- the latest version of Adobe Reader (currently Adobe Reader DC), Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
- internet access so you can complete the assessments via the online learning platform (google chrome is recommended)
- Video recording device (eg Laptop, phone etc)
When you enrol you should receive two separate emails? These are automatically sent to the email provided upon enrolling by the student. The first email will be a receipt and confirmation and the second will be your login details and the link to the training platform for you to begin your course
