Description
An agent’s representative is employed by or acts for a licensed estate agent, and with written authority, can perform any of the legal functions of that estate agent. For example, an agent’s representative can act as a salesperson or property manager but cannot operate an estate agency business.
As part of this course, you will have access to 18 units of competency which make up the CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice which is the required educational qualification to enter the industry and work as an Agents Representative. This Non-Accredited Training gives you solid, fundamental skills required to maximize your career. It prepares you to compete, excel and over achieve in today’s complex marketplace by providing easy to understand videos that can help you perform and get immediate results.
In addition to preparing you for the industry, the information you learn will enhance your knowledge and understanding of the industry and better prepare you with completing the assessment tasks that must be completed in the Victoria Agent Representative Course in order to obtain your qualification and enable you to apply to the Office of Fair Trading for your Registration Certificate to gain employment in the real estate industry.

Priority Grading
This option also includes priority grading meaning that the grading timeframe is shortened to just six business days, ensuing faster and more efficient results.
You have up to 12 months to complete the course. As it is an online and completely self-paced course you can work through the content and assessment within your own time and at your own pace within this time frame. The course consists of assessment tasks, questions, and video role plays. When completing this course, you will be provided with online learning guides, additional resources as well as email assistance with our trainers through the student portal

The course assessments consist of assessment tasks, questions and video role plays.
To complete an NREL course, you will need:
- a Laptop or Computer (Mac or Windows computers are both compatible (Windows 8 or above)
- the latest version of Adobe Reader (currently Adobe Reader DC), Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
- internet access so you can complete the assessments via the online learning platform (google chrome is recommended)
- Video recording device (e.g. laptop, phone etc)
When you enrol you should receive two separate emails? These are automatically sent to the email provided upon enrolling by the student. The first email will be a receipt and confirmation and the second will be your login details and the link to the training platform for you to begin your course
