The course consists of assessment tasks, questions and video roleplays.
To complete an NREL course, you will need:
- a Laptop or Computer (Mac or Windows computers are both compatible (Windows 8 or above)
- the latest version of Adobe Reader (currently http://https://get.adobe.com/reader/), and Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
- internet access (google chrome is recommended) so you can complete the assessments via the online learning platform
- Video recording device
