CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (Priority)
Description
The Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice is the qualification required to be able to apply to the NSW Office of Fair Trading for a Class 2 Licence. Class 2 Licence holders will be known as ‘Licensed Agents’ and are able to sell and manage properties.
As part of this course, you will have access to 18 units of competency from the CPP41419 training package. Please note, NSW Office of Fair Trading require 12 months industry experience as an Assistant Agent before you can successfully apply to be classified as a Class 2 Licenced Agent. You have 12 months to complete this course. Prior to accessing the course content and assessment you will be required to complete a pre-enrolment assessment within your student portal which is compulsory for all students.
Note: All students are required to provide NREL with the Unique Student Identifier (USI). You can apply for this at www.usi.gov.au and we will ask you to provide this number before you are granted access to your course.

To complete an NREL course, you will need:
- a Laptop or Computer (Mac or Windows computers are both compatible (Windows 8 or above)
- the latest version of Adobe Reader (currently Adobe Reader DC), Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
- internet access so you can complete the assessments via the online learning platform (google chrome is recommended)
- Video recording device (e.g. laptop, phone etc)
When you enrol you should receive two separate emails? These are automatically sent to the email provided upon enrolling by the student. The first email will be a receipt and confirmation and the second will be your login details and the link to the training platform for you to begin your course
